Epoxy, Sand, Repeat... A lot.

OK so we have fallen just a little behind in our updates. We pledge to do better.

We have, however, not fallen behind on the build. The shell is ALMOST finished. We have not posted many new pictures because the past 10-15 hours have been doing the same thing over and over; fiberglass skin, epoxy, cure, sand, repeat.  In a race against the clock, penalized by the burning chemical reaction of curing epoxy eating through our gloves...

These "helpful" tips are scattered throughout the manual. It always makes us nervous but we have been lucky so far. I couldn't ask for a better partner to build this thing with. 

We will leave you with a teaser pic. Two more days of sanding and prepping and the shell will be pretty much ready!
